THE FIRST MEETING OF ALL HOSTS AND COACHES INCLUDED IN THE PROGRAM JOURNEY 2020 HELD

As part of the Journey program, organized by the European Association Climate KIC, and it has been planned to hold 10 summer schools in July and August in 22 cities across Europe this year. The goal of this program is to inspire and train graduates and young professionals to create sustainable innovative solutions in the areas of climate action, entrepreneurship and systemic change.

This year, Belgrade was given the role of one of the hosts of this program for the first time, and the Faculty of Applied Ecology Futura, Metropolitan University, joined the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia, a long-term partner of this association, in fulfilling this role.

The first online meeting of all coaches and hosts involved in Journey 2020 was held on March 25th and 26th, 2020, where they discussed the methodology of work, goals and planning of maintaining this program in the emergency situation caused by the spread of COVID-19 virus and inability to travel.

The options for a hybrid and fully digital Journey program were discussed in particular this year, and the final decision on how to conduct summer school organizations will be made at the end of April, when the next online meeting of all partners of this project will be held
