STUDY VISIT – BOTANICAL GARDEN “JEVREMOVAC”
Students of the Faculty of Applied Ecology Futura were on a study visit to the Jevremovac Botanical Garden on Friday, October 30, 2020, accompanied by Professor Dr. Milena Milojević and assistants Nevena Milošević and Slobodan Stefanović. The study visit aimed at the realization of practical teaching activities within the subject Basics of Biology in the first year, protection of biodiversity in the second year, protection and improvement of forest and hunting resources and preservation and improvement of urban ecosystems in the third year of study.
The students visited the botanical garden accompanied by an expert guide who introduced them to the history and importance of this important green urban area for the protection of biodiversity. They met numerous endemic, relict, rare and protected plant species from all over the world.
